Saudi Arabian giants Al-Hilal were considering making a 200 million euro offer to Napoli for the services of Victor Osimhen. But long before this offer arrived, the Nigerian centre-forward said no, preferring the project currently under way at Maradona.
According to Calcio Mercato, Victor Osimhen has said no to Al-Hilal. The former Lille man would not even consider the possibility of moving to Saudi Arabia. The simple reason for this is that he would like to continue playing in Europe, and more specifically in the most prestigious club competition, the UEFA Champions League. To this end, he prefers to remain with Napoli for the time being. His agent Roberto Calenda is currently in talks with club president Aurelio De Laurentiis about a possible extension for the 24-year-old striker.
