Donny van de Beek will leave Manchester United in the January transfer window, and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Dutchman could continue his career in Serie A.

Van De Beek, 26, has played just 21 minutes for Manchester United this season and is likely to leave Old Trafford in the winter mercato. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Serie A clubs can hope to recruit the Dutchman if the Red Devils agree to loan him out and pay a large part of his wages until June. Juventus have been mentioned as a possible option by the English media, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Turin is an unlikely destination for the former Ajax player, as Manchester United prefer to choose a club where the player can play consistently. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 26-year-old has already been offered a move to Fiorentina, while Dutch side Atalanta are reportedly helping the Manchester United midfielder to settle in Bergamo. However, it remains to be seen whether La Dea and Fiorentina are interested in securing the player’s services during the January mercato.
