The Italian team’s program for Euro 2024 is taking shape, with the next international break taking place in mid-March and two friendlies to be played. The FIGC is in the process of concluding an agreement for a mini-tour on the other side of the Atlantic, to the East Coast of the USA to be precise.
The program includes two matches against South American teams, against Peru on March 20 in Miami and Ecuador on March 24 in Philadelphia. These two friendly matches should be official by the end of the month. Italy haven’t played in North America since a friendly tour in 2005, when they faced Ecuador as well as Serbia, drawing both matches 1-1.
