Roma is about to revolutionize its team for the match against Bologna, leaving behind Paulo Dybala and goalkeeper Rui Patricio.
Although the team list hasn’t been officially announced, it was clear from watching them get off the team bus at the airport that they’re missing some big names. Dybala and even goalkeeper Rui Patricio were nowhere to be found, rested before Thursday’s Europa League semi-final trip to Bayer Leverkusen. This means that Mile Svilar is expected to make his Serie A debut, as the 23-year-old Serbian international only made one appearance for the club in the Europa League loss to Ludogorets. Also absent were the injured Stephan El Shaarawy, Chris Smalling, Diego Llorente, Marash Kumbulla and Rick Karsdorp. The young players of the team, including Dimitrios Keramitsis, Filippo Missori, Jacopo Del Bello and Jordan Majchrzak, were called up to the senior team.
