Juventus have suffered a number of midfield defections. Paul Pogba is absent after testing positive for a banned substance, and other players are in the infirmary. The club absolutely must strengthen its midfield. The next name on the list is Tottenham.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is Juventus Turin’s next target. The Danish midfielder has been with Tottenham since 2020. He is under contract until 2025, but his profile appeals enormously to the Old Lady. The 28-year-old is valued at 86 million euros. The Bianconeri will need a minimum of 50 million euros to convince the London club to sell the Dane. It should be pointed out that Juve are going on the attack this winter, after having attempted a swap last summer for Arthur.
