Lewis Ferguson has continued to shine with Bologna this season and is likely to be the focus of attention this summer, with Juventus , AC Milan and Lazio all interested.

The 24-year-old Scottish midfielder joined the Rossoblu from Aberdeen in the summer of 2022 for around €2 million, a bargain in retrospect given his growth in Serie A over the last 18 months. This season, Ferguson scored four goals and provided three assists in 20 league games, playing an important role in Thiago Motta’s Bologna side. He signed a new contract with the club last summer, extending his stay until June 2027 with an option for a further year.

As Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com reports, AC Milan have been keeping a close eye on Ferguson for weeks now, and will decide whether to make an offer for the midfielder before the summer mercato. Juventus have already begun talks with his agents to explore a possible decision and have received a positive response, while Lazio have been following the 24-year-old since last summer. Ferguson, for his part, is happy in Serie A and would be willing to move further afield to Italy.
