Celta Vigo coach Rafa Benitez confirms that Gabri Veiga is “close” to joining Napoli.
The Serie A champions are close to signing the 21-year-old for €36 million, including bonuses. “We are close to finalizing an agreement, we have to be realistic and say that the agreement is close,” said Benitez at a post-match press conference. Napoli kicked off the new Serie A campaign with a 3-1 victory over Frosinone on Saturday.
