Juventus face Salernitana this evening in the last 8 of the Italian Cup, a trophy that coach Max Allegri considers one of his goals. “The Italian Cup is a competition we really want to win. At first, it doesn’t interest anyone, but it’s still a trophy. And at Juventus, we play for it, so we’ll be playing with the best formation against Fiorentina.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, a turn-over is expected, with Perin replacing Szczesny in goal, Rugani in the middle of the three-man defence (Bremer rested) and Milik replacing Vlahovic up front. There’s still room for manoeuvre on the right wing, with Iling in favourable position opposite Weah, Cambiaso would then line up on the other flank.
