Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri insists that the Bianconeri have clear instructions and confirms that the club will make a decision on his future in the coming weeks.

The Old Lady tactician spoke at a press conference on Monday on the eve of the Coppa Italia second leg against Lazio. “We will find an aggressive Lazio who need to recover from two goals. They are changing, they are more aggressive than under Sarri, so it will be a tough game tomorrow. We’ll need a great performance. Everyone is important, and I’ll decide at today’s training session. The replacements will be essential tomorrow. It’s going to be a long game. At the start of the season, we had two objectives: the Coppa Italia and a top-four finish. There’s still a long way to go, and there are a lot of games against direct Serie A rivals. Tomorrow we’ll find out if we’re good enough to reach the final or not. I always say that the aim is to get the best result. That’s what we have to concentrate on and what we have to work for. The team is motivated, we have a clear objective and we need a great effort. It will be a long match, we will have to fight and play as a team for 100 minutes or more. We mustn’t be afraid. Soccer always gives you an opportunity. We know which team we’re up against and we want to reach the final. We have to play to win at all times, whatever the competition. The club has given clear instructions,” said Allegri, quoted by Ilbianconero.com.
