Former Napoli coach Luigi De Canio spoke to Radio Tutto Mercato Web on the Maracana program. The Italian discussed a number of topics, including the departure of former Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti.
“A coach who is sacked anywhere in the world isn’t sacked because he doesn’t know how to do his job. Soccer has many facets. He (Spalletti, editor’s note) has shown his worth throughout his life. Spalletti leaves an important technical legacy. When I found teams with a certain work culture, everything was much easier, even improving results,” said the 65-year-old.
