Juventus Turin player Manuel Locatelli gave an interview to DAZN following his team’s 2-0 victory over Empoli on Serie A matchday 3. The midfielder commented on Roberto Mancini’s departure. The midfielder admitted that something had cracked within the Squadra Azzurra with this decision.

Summoned by Luciano Spalletti for the international break, Manuel Locatelli admitted he hadn’t yet discussed the matter with the national coach. “I haven’t heard from Spalletti, but I will certainly speak to him in the next few days”. He then spoke of Roberto Mancini’s departure. “It’s fair to say that something has cracked. But we thank Mancini for the European Championship. It’s his choice, but now let’s think about the future, the fact that there’s a new coach. The changes must be seen in a positive light,” asserted the former AC Milan player.
