Inter, finalists in the last edition of the Champions League, will not be able to repeat the feat this time around. The Lombardy club were eliminated in the last 8 by Atlético. Coach Simone Inzaghi is now aiming to win the Scudetto with a minimum of 100 points.

With 75 points after 28 games, Inter are Serie A leaders, and in pole position to win the Scudetto. But Simone Inzaghi doesn’t just want to win it. He wants to do it the right way. According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Italian coach has set himself a target. It’s a record 100 points. In doing so, he will beat Roberto Mancini’s record of 97 points, set in 2006 and 2007. To achieve this, the Nerazzurri need 8 wins and a draw from their last 10 matches. A tough challenge, but not impossible.
