Often pushed towards the exit during the current season, Simone Inzaghi could stay longer at Inter. The Italian technician has the confidence of Steven Zhang, the club president, who is keen to extend his adventure.
Simone Inzaghi, who joined Inter in 2021, is set to remain in the Lombardy region beyond the end of his contract. The Inter board has decided to place its trust in him. He is due to sign a new two-year contract on June 30. He will therefore coach the Inter side until 2025. This comes as a surprise, as the former head of coaching at Lazio Rome has often been criticized for the club’s performances. On June 10, he will attempt to make history by beating Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League final.
