According to Footmercato, AC Milan have set their sights on Sheffield United forward Iliman Ndiaye for next season.

The 23-year-old was born and raised in France, but plays for Senegal, with seven senior caps and one goal. His contract with Sheffield United only runs until June 2024 and he could be a bargain, having scored 14 goals and provided nine assists in 48 games this season in all competitions. Despite reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League, AC Milan continue to covet young players and believe Ndiaye is more suited to their budget and their first approach to youth. It would still be early in the discussions, but all three parties seem interested in the possibility of a transfer.
