Tammy Abraham suffered an injury at the very end of last season. He will be out of action for a few months and will miss the start of the season. Roma are therefore looking for a replacement. The Giallorossi have been looking at Gianluca Scamacca, who now seems to be out of the question. Other profiles are currently being studied.
Gianluca Scamacca will sign for Atalanta Bergamo instead. Alvaro Morata, who seems to be to José Mourinho’s liking, prefers to stay at Atlético Madrid. To this end, the club has defined new priorities. Marko Arnautovic of Bologna is the first choice. Should this fail, the club will target Duvan Zapata of Atalanta Bergamo or Dries Mertens of Galatasaray.
