José Mourinho has had a difficult start to the season with Roma. The club has two wins, two draws and three defeats in seven games. The club’s directors, currently in Italy, have made a decision regarding his future.
The Friedkin family, owners of Roma, are currently in Italy as part of the Ryder Cup. According to Il Messaggero, they met with sporting director Tiago Pinto and José Mourinho following the 4-1 defeat by Genoa. The directors reiterated their full support for the Special One and expressed their confidence in him to turn things around. In other words, the former Inter coach is not on the outs for the time being. All the more reason to carry out his mission without fear.
