Reports suggest that Roma have reached a total agreement with Duvan Zapata and are now working towards a deal with Atalanta .
The Giallorossi have been on the lookout for a new striker for several weeks now. Zapata is now at the top of Roma’s list, and talks with Atalanta have progressed in recent days, but no agreement has yet been reached as the Giallorossi face financial constraints. As reported by Calciomercato.com, Zapata has now agreed the terms of a contract with Roma, a three-year deal worth around €2.7 million net per season plus €300,000 in add-ons. The deal with Atalanta is expected to be a loan agreement with a purchase option of €9-10 million, but the two clubs have yet to agree on the costs of the loan itself.
