Roma are currently in talks with Juventus regarding two key players, Federico Chiesa and Arthur. Arthur, the Brazilian midfielder who returned to Juventus after a loan spell at Fiorentina, does not appear to be part of the bianconeri’s technical plans. Indeed, Juventus are considering selling him because of his high salary of 9 million euros, which has led them to temper their new coach’s interest in the player.
Roma, meanwhile, are showing a keen interest in Arthur, as well as Chiesa. The Giallorossi are particularly keen to acquire these talents, although the financial complexity of the deal represents a challenge to overcome. Nevertheless, the ongoing discussions signal a positive dynamic for sporting director Giuntoli and his team.
