Christian Pulisic was forced off in the final minutes of AC Milan’s Champions League victory over Paris Saint-Germain, but the club is confident he will soon be back in action.
The 25-year-old American winger, who has been one of the Rossoneri’s brightest stars this season, played 92 minutes of the match against PSG before withdrawing with an apparent muscle injury. As Sky Sports Italia reports, early indications suggest that Pulisic only suffered muscle fatigue, a minor problem which should allow him to rejoin the team for Saturday’s league match against Lecce. The American winger will undergo a series of tests in Milanello over the next few hours to confirm the problem and begin his recovery process.
