There was good news for Juventus, as Adrien Rabiot and Mattia De Sciglio returned to training after injuries.
The French international midfielder was forced to miss the 1-1 draw with Genoa due to bruising around the ribcage, and is also expected to be ruled out of this weekend’s game against Frosinone. However, he took part in the full training session with his team-mates at the Continassa camp and could feature in the starting eleven for Saturday’s kick-off at the Stadio Stirpe. The midfield is particularly short of options with Paul Pogba and Nicolò Fagioli both suspended for off-field problems. Meanwhile, De Sciglio has also returned to training with the rest of the squad. The 31-year-old full-back tore his anterior cruciate ligament in May and has not played at all this season. He should be ready for his return next month.
