This Privacy Policy is dedicated to CALCIOMIO’s policy regarding the collection and use of your data when you browse our websites (including our mobile applications) or use our services.

It explains you (i) the origin and the nature of the data we collect, (ii) the reason of their collection, (iii) the way we use them and (iv) the rights you have on these data in accordance with the modified law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 (called “Data-processing and Freedom” law).

This Privacy Policy is therefore important for you, who wish to have a positive and confident experience when browsing our websites or using our services, and for us, who wish to answer your questions about the collection and use of your data accurately and completely.

Password

Your password is used to protect your account and your personal data. Choose it with care! It must be at least 8 characters long, including one lower case, one upper case and one number or special character. You can change it at any time from your profile.

Email Address

Your email address allows you to identify yourself when you log in to CALCIOMIO and to retrieve your password if you ever forget it. Thanks to it, you can also subscribe to CALCIOMIO newsletters!

Date of birth & gender

Your date of birth and gender give us the opportunity to know you better and thus allows us to adapt our service and its contents according to your profile, in order to make your experience unique!

How we collect your data

When you visit our websites or use our services, we collect data about you in two ways:

    This is discussed in Section I of this Privacy Policy. This is information relating to the navigation of your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) that we are likely to collect, without you communicating them to us, when you consult our websites or use our services.

Section I: the cookies present on our sites and services

    Finalities of the cookies we issue on our sites or services (subject to your choices).
    Technical cookies and functionality cookies. These cookies allow us:

    • implement security measures (this is the case, for example, when you are asked to log in to a Member Account again after a certain period of inactivity);
    • and

    • improve your browsing comfort by, among other things, giving you access to specific features that improve the fluidity and personalization of your browsing, such as:
      • adapt the presentation of our websites or services to the display preferences of your terminal (language used, display resolution …);
      • store Personal Information related to a form you filled out when you registered for one of our services to save you time by eliminating the need to enter the same Personal Information each time you want to access our services again;

    Combining your Browsing Information with your Personal Information

    We may combine Navigational Information that we collect (or that is made available to us by third party partners, subject to your consent with such third party partners) with Personal Information that you provide to us when you register or use our services, for the following purposes:

    As part of the services accessible via a Member Account:

    • to offer you personalized content based on your interests and service ergonomics adapted to your browsing habits, regardless of the terminal you use when you access our services accessible via a Member Account;
    • to offer you advertisements connected to your expectations, regardless of the terminal you use when you access our services accessible via a Member Account.

    As part of our email prospecting efforts:

    • to send you prospecting that is specifically dedicated to you and that is likely to interest you personally.

    Transfer and processing of your Browsing Information outside the European Union

    Your Browsing Information may be transferred to the United States for hosting and processing for the purposes described above. In this case, the transfer of your Navigational Information is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which the CNIL has previously recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for the privacy and fundamental rights of individuals.

    Recipients of your Browsing Information

    By default, the Browsing Information that we collect via the cookies we issue on our sites and services is intended for the CALCIOMIO company, in compliance with the terms and conditions referred to in this Privacy Policy (in particular the company “PURCH SAS” in the context of its advertising network activities of CALCIOMIO).

  2. Cookies issued on our sites by third parties

    Cookies issued by third parties may be included in third-party applications integrated into our websites or services, in advertising content (graphics, animations, videos, etc. ) distributed via our advertising spaces integrated into our websites or services; or may be issued by third parties in the context of advertising partnerships under which they may collect non-directly identifiable Browsing Information concerning the content consulted on our websites or services in order to enable them to adapt their advertising (by age category, gender, etc.), in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended (known as the “Information Technology and Civil Liberties” law).

    As a result of third-party applications integrated into our sites or services

    Via third-party content displayed in our advertising spaces

    The advertising content (graphics, animations, videos, etc.) displayed in our advertising spaces may contain cookies issued by third parties: either the Advertiser at the origin of the advertising content concerned, or a company third to the Advertiser (communications consulting agency, audience measurement company, Targeted Advertising Provider, etc.) that has associated a cookie with the advertising content of an Advertiser.

    3. The purposes for which we collect your Personal Information

      Personal Information that we collect directly from you, including when you register or use our services, may be processed for the following purposes:

      To perform “customer management” operations regarding:

      • the follow-up of the “customer relationship” (such as the realization of satisfaction surveys, the management of complaints, …).

      To perform operations related to prospecting including:

      • managing technical prospecting operations (which includes, but is not limited to, technical operations such as normalization, enrichment and de-duplication of your Personal Information);
      • the development of commercial statistics;
      • the realization of solicitation operations (under the conditions and according to the terms referred to in Article 5 below);

      • To carry out promotional operations (including the organization of contests);
      • To manage your requests for access, rectification and opposition rights;
      • To manage unpaid bills and disputes;
      • To manage your notices regarding our services (as well as the content / products made available via our sites or services).

      Personal Information that we collect directly from you, in particular when you register or use our services, may finally be processed for the following purposes:

      • To recognize you when you browse our websites or our services (when you are logged in via your Member Account) and, where applicable, to adapt our websites and our services as well as the content and advertisements that they broadcast (i) to the characteristics that you yourself have informed and of which we may have knowledge (age, gender, etc.) and, where applicable (ii) to your previous browsing of which we may have knowledge;

      • our subcontractors within the framework of signed contracts (i) mentioning the obligations incumbent on them in terms of data security and confidentiality protection and (ii) specifying in particular the security objectives that must be achieved;
      • our business partners (under the terms and conditions set forth in Article 5 below).
    5. Your choices regarding email prospecting

      When creating your Member Account and/or when registering for or using certain services made available on our websites (including sweepstakes), you will eventually have access to the following proposals:

      • receive information about CALCIOMIO products and/or services

      • receive newsletters dedicated to certain topics

      If applicable, you will have to answer yes or no to each of the three proposals above by checking each of the boxes provided for these purposes.

      Concerning direct email prospecting:

      In the event that you have not given your express consent to the use for canvassing purposes of the Personal Information you communicate and, in accordance with Article L. 34-5 of the Code of Post and Electronic Communication, you may nevertheless be the subject of direct canvassing by e-mail from us, concerning products or services similar to those we have provided you via our websites or via our services. In this case, you will always be able to express, free of charge, your opposition to any new solicitation, via the hypertext link provided for this purpose.

    6. Your rights

      In accordance with the amended law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 (known as the “Informatique et Liberté” law), we have declared to the CNIL, the processing of your Personal Data (declaration number: 1423320).

      We inform you that you have several rights concerning all your personal data:

      In accordance with the decree n°2007-451 of March 25, 2007 taken for the application of the law of January 6, 1978, your requests will have to be presented in writing and will have to be signed and accompanied by the photocopy of an identity card carrying the signature of the holder. The request must specify the address to which the reply should be sent. We will have a period of 2 (two) months to respond following receipt of the request.

    Section III: Glossary

    “Browsing Information(s)” means information that relates to a terminal’s connection to an electronic communication service at a particular time. We may process Navigational Information as described herein, even though we do not necessarily know which terminal you are using or who you are at any given time. Such Navigational Information includes, but is not limited to:

    • the identifier and content of a cookie file stored by us in your terminal;
    • the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the terminal connected to the Internet;
    • the date and time of connection of a terminal to an electronic communication service;
    • the Internet address of the Internet page of origin (“referer”) of the terminal accessing an electronic communication service;
    • the type of operating system used by the terminal (Windows, MacOs, Linux, Unix, BeOS. etc.);
    • the type and version of browser software used by a terminal (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.);
    • the language of use of the browser software used by the terminal.

    “Personal Information(s)”: means data that relates to you alone at a given time, regardless of the terminal you are using.

    “Personal Information(s)”: refers to data that relates to you alone at a given moment, regardless of the terminal you are using.

    “Advertiser”: generally refers to any company or organization that uses various communication techniques to promote its reputation, its image, its products or its services.

    “Targeted Advertising” means the ability to tailor advertising content to browsing information or Personal Information.

    “Member Account”: refers to a member account that you are invited to create when you browse our website in order to benefit from certain services. When you create your Member Account, you must choose a personal identifier and a password. During this registration, you are also invited to communicate to us, via a registration form, Personal Information (such as, as an indication: name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, etc.) which will be the subject of a treatment under the conditions defined in the present Charter of Confidentiality. On this occasion, you are informed of the mandatory or optional nature of the answers to provide.
