A few days ago, Paul Pogba tested positive for testosterone during a doping control. An offence punishable by a four-year suspension. The French midfielder does not feel guilty and has therefore requested a counter-analysis. The latter has just been postponed to a later date.
Paul Pgba is still in trouble. Away from the pitch for many months last season, the 2018 world champion has barely returned to action this season. But already, he’s been sidelined by a positive anti-doping test. A story that overlaps, however, with another fact that sees him implicated as what happened in 2022 when’he was kidnapped from an apartment in the Paris suburbs and ordered to pay 13 million euros. The French star was listened to for nearly five hours by a judge in the presence of his mother and agent Rafaela Pimenta. The counter-analysis was postponed until October 5.
