Il Mattino claims that Victor Osimhen is only one step away from extending his contract with Napoli after agreeing terms with Aurelio De Laurentiis.
The 24-year-old Nigerian striker’s future has been one of the hottest topics this summer, starting with the interest of various major European clubs in the Partenopei’s huge price tag and subsequent attempts to agree a new deal to ward off suitors. As reported by Il Mattino via TMW , after a long series of negotiations, Osimhen has agreed to sign a new long-term contract with Napoli, worth up to €12 million net per season, including add-ons and other variables. Two release clauses will also be included, one for clubs outside Italy and the other for Saudi Pro League clubs, which will be set at 150 million euros. Osimhen is now ready to put pen to paper on his new contract, extending his stay at Napoli until June 2027.
