Inter have officially announced the signing of striker Marko Arnautovic from Bologna, arriving on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
According to recent reports, Inter have agreed to pay Bologna a total of €10 million for the 34-year-old. It’s a return to the San Siro for Arnautovic, who was on loan during Jose Mourinho’s triumphant 2009-10 campaign. During his time with the Rossoblu, the Austrian international scored 24 league goals in 54 appearances, including 10 of 21 in the last Serie A campaign. Arnautovic is Inter’s second new striker this summer, having already welcomed Marcus Thuram on a free transfer earlier in the window. The Nerazzurri bid farewell to Edin Dzeko and Romelu Lukaku at the end of 2022-23.
