Preparations for Euro 2024 continue for the Italian national team. Yesterday, the federation formalized the agreement with the municipality of Iserlohn and the Hotel VierJahreszeite, some thirty kilometers from Dortmund. This is where Spalletti’s men will spend Euro 2024. They will train on the grounds of the Hember Stadion.
This is a strategic position, as the Nazionale will play their first match in Dortmund against Albania on June 15, and in Gelsenkirchen, 60 kms from Iserlohn, against Spain on June 20. The longest trip will be to Leipzig, some 400km away, to take on Croatia. The Nazionale will take up residence around June 10, having played two warm-up matches in the preceding days.
