PSV Eindhovein have submitted an offer to Napoli for the services of Hirving Lozano. The Azzurri rejected the offer as insufficient, and are demanding much more, as the reigning Italian champions try to find a way out for the Mexican this summer.

Next summer, Hirving Lozano reaches the end of his contract with Napoli. The Italian club do not wish to see him leave on a free transfer. He was therefore put on the market this summer. PSV came in with a concrete offer of €10 million. An offer rejected by the club presided over by Aurelio De Laurentiis, according to Tutto Mercato Web. The Partenopei are asking for €25 million and 25% on any future resale. A proposal that does not seem to please the Dutch club, who are likely to withdraw from the negotiations. That leaves the MLS clubs who are keeping a close eye on the player.
