Napoli are closer than ever to renewing Victor Osimhen’s contract, the details of which have already been revealed. But Aurelio De Laurentiis does not intend to stop at formal clauses. He plans to include an anti-Juve clause in the Nigerian centre-forward’s contract.
Victor Osimhen is set to extend his lease with Napoli until 2027, with a €150 million release clause. The former Lille man is now set to earn around €12 million a year. The terms of the agreement are almost complete. All that remains is to make it official, which shouldn’t be long now. However, the latest news is that Aurelio De Laurentiis has one final clause in mind. This is the anti-Juve clause, which will prevent the player from joining the Old Lady of Italy before the end of his contract. The Napoli president has certainly not digested the departure of Cristiano Giuntoli, his former sporting director, for Juventus.
