La Gazzetta dello Sport details how Napoli are working on a deal for Gabri Veiga and have agreed personal terms with the Celta Vigo starlet.
The Azzurri are currently finalizing the arrival of Jens-Lys Cajuste from Stade Reims, recruiting the Swedish talent to add cover in midfield. Further reinforcements will be needed for Rudi Garcia’s squad. La Gazzetta dello Sport details how Napoli have proposed a deal worth around €32-33 million for Veiga, which is still below Celta Vigo’s €40 million asking price, wanting his release clause to be activated. The report suggests that a deal could be struck for around 35 to 36 million euros. Veiga has already agreed terms with Napoli, giving the green light to a five-year contract worth 1.8 million euros net per season plus add-ons.
