Carlo Ancelotti today received an honorary degree in the science and techniques of preventive and adaptive motor activities from Parma. A title that allows him to be called a “Doctor”. He says he will ask his players to call him that. It was also an opportunity for the former coach of Napoli, AC Milan, Juventus and Parma to look back on a long and rich coaching career.
“The leader must have the strength to delegate in order to empower and motivate his colleagues, because the strength of a group is always stronger than that of a single individual. My career path has been long, beautiful and exciting, it’s a passion that has never meant sacrifice or hard work, it’s how it was when I was 15, it’s how it is today. I’ll tell my players that they can call me doctor,” declared Carlo Ancelotti.
