Roma coach Daniele De Rossi was at a press conference on the sidelines of the Giallorossi’s match against Salernitana on Matchday 22 of Serie A. The coach of the capital club once again made reference to his predecessor José Mourinho. He said that Mourinho wanted a team of bandits, but he has found a team of players with a lot of personality.
“Mourinho said he wanted a team of bandits, but you have to ask him what he found. I see players with personality, if I take a step back and think about them, I say to myself that’they took us to the final in Europe, Spinazzola and Cristante won a European championship at home against England. I like the slogan “bandit team” because in soccer you have to be nervous and have the necessary characteristics to win, even unfairly. I think I’ve got a great team and from a personality point of view, they don’t sin,” said Daniele De Rossi.
