Napoli are ready to welcome Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Jesper Lindstrom, who is currently undergoing medical examinations at Villa Stuart.
The 23-year-old Dane arrived in Italy on Monday evening to finalize his transfer from the Bundesliga, benefiting from a €5 million loan with a €20 million compulsory purchase clause. Lindstrom has agreed to a five-year contract with Napoli, worth around €2.3 million net per season, adding an interesting addition to Rudi Garcia’s midfield. As reported by Gennaro Del Vecchio and Gianluca Di Marzio, Lindstrom began his pre-transfer medicals with Napoli after arriving at Villa Stuart today. Once everything has been finalized, he will put pen to paper on his agreement. Last season, Lindstrom scored nine goals and provided four assists in 38 appearances in all competitions for Eintracht.
