Inter Milan were looking for a striker to replace Romelu Lukaku, who has left for Chelsea. In the end, however, they opted for Marko Arnautovic. The Bologna centre-forward is expected to sign for the Nerazzurri in the next few hours.
Marko Arnautovic, who scored 10 goals in 23 games for Bologna last season, has convinced Inter Milan to sign him. The Austrian is at the top of the list of ideal candidates to replace Big Rom. After several weeks of negotiations, the deal is done. The 34-year-old has arrived at CONI, where he has passed his medical. He should then head for Inter’s offices to sign his contract in the next few hours.
