According to reports on Thursday evening, a Saudi Arabian club is interested in offering Lautaro Martinez a huge contract in a bid to lure him away from Inter .
According to Cesar Luis Merlo of TyC Sports, an unnamed Saudi team is ready to offer El Toro a four-year contract worth 60 million euros net per season, 240 million euros over the entire proposed contract. As detailed by Calciomercato.com , Martinez currently earns around 6 million euros per season, meaning that the rumoured Saudi offer would increase his annual salary tenfold. Reports make it clear that Martinez hasn’t given his approval to the reported interest anyway, and that Inter haven’t received any formal offer. Calciomercato reiterates that Martinez is considered untouchable by Inter’s directors and a very important part of Simone Inzaghi’s plans as the 2023-24 season approaches.
