Sky Sport Italia reports that AC Milan are interested in Wolfsburg center-back Maxence Lacroix.
The Rossoneri remain interested in a central defender for the January mercato despite the return of Matteo Gabbia from Villarreal. They have been linked with a number of defenders, including Lloyd Kelly and Tosin Adarabioyo, who will be available on a free transfer at the end of their contracts in June. According to Sky Sport Italia, a new name on the Rossoneri’s agenda for the winter mercato is Lacroix, a French central defender under contract with Wolfsburg until June 2025. The 23-year-old has scored one goal in 18 appearances in all competitions, so the Bundesliga prefer not to sell the Frenchman this month. Sky Sport confirms that Lilian Brassier (Brest) and Clément Lenglet (Barcelona, on loan at Aston Villa) are also on the Rossoneri’s radar.
