Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli will be meeting representatives of the Porto Galeno winger in the next few hours to try and conclude a deal.

The Bianconeri are still looking for a new winger to replace Federico Chiesa in Thiago Motta’s team and have been linked with a number of candidates in recent weeks, including Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi and Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho. Meanwhile, Juventus are working on a number of other deals as they look to strengthen the squad ahead of the new season, focusing on Nico Gonzalez from Fiorentina, Jean-Clair Todibo from Nice and Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta. Gianluca Di Marzio details how a meeting has been set up between Juventus director Giuntoli and Galeno’s agents in the next few hours, where they will try to find common ground in negotiations. The 26-year-old Brazilian winger would be a welcome addition to Thiago Motta’s forward line. Last season, he scored 16 goals and provided 12 assists in 48 games.
