Despite scoring just seven points in their last eight games, Juventus have not lost faith in much-maligned coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The Bianconeri have been in freefall since their 3-0 win over Lecce on January 21, winning just once since. They have picked up just seven points from their last eight games, only beating Frosinone 3-2 with a 95th-minute goal, and their confidence has plummeted. Allegri decided to call Juventus into a training retreat after the 2-2 draw with Atalanta, in the hope of trying to turn things around, but they were again let down by their clash with Genoa on Sunday, being held to a goalless draw. Loud boos rang around the Allianz Stadium after the full-time whistle. According to Tuttosport, Juventus management still believe in Allegri and have no plans to sack him before the end of the season for the time being, despite the fact that his team have won just seven points from eight games. Although no final decision has yet been taken until next season, the old lady still has faith in Allegri as the team battles to secure Champions League qualification.
