Manuel Locatelli and Alex Sandro have had to take a break due to injury. Both players have undergone instrumental tests, and Juventus Turin has issued a statement giving an update on their condition.
“Manuel Locatelli, following the blunt trauma sustained in yesterday’s match against Frosinone, underwent diagnostic tests this morning at J|Medical which ruled out fractures and confirmed a serious muscle contusion of the right internal oblique. For Alex Sandro, the MRI performed on the back of the right thigh ruled out muscular injuries and highlighted an overload of the biceps femoris. Their condition will be assessed on a day-to-day basis”, reads the press release. Massimiliano Allegri will have to do without them, pending full recovery.
