Samuel Mbangula’s goal in his very first match for Juventus was a reminder of the importance of the Next Gen team, the Old Lady’s Serie C reserve team. In its edition, Tuttosport listed the four players who could follow in his footsteps

Forward Lorenzo Anghélé

Italian, Anghélé plays in the nine-and-a-half position and has distinguished himself in Serie C with 3 goals and 2 assists in 26 matches. He was also part of the Italy U19 team that won the European Championship in July.

Defender Riccardo Stivanello

Stivanelli spent last season on loan and was bought from Bologna. He can play in a 3-man or 2-man defense and is also a member of the Italian youth teams.

Brazilian Pedro Felipe

Pedro Felipe arrived on loan from Palmeiras last January, and the deal was renewed this summer with an option to buy at 2.3 million. A defender who is at ease in the build-up.

Augusto Seedorf Owusu midfielder

Owusu owes his middle name to the Dutch legend and also plays in midfield. Having moved from the Primavera to the Next Gen this summer, Italyb has impressed the management and could already be promoted to the first team.
