Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is reportedly exploring a possible summer transfer for Lazio winger Mattia Zaccagni.

The 28-year-old Italian winger continues to be a key player for Maurizio Sarri since his arrival from Hellas Verona in the summer of 2021. Over the last three years, he has scored 19 goals and provided 18 assists in 105 games in all areas. Zaccagni has just 18 months left on his contract with Lazio and has been waiting for a new deal for some time now. Club president Claudio Lotito has yet to make a decisive move, leaving the winger in limbo. Our Tuttosport colleagues detail how Giuntoli is considering a possible deal for Zaccagni this summer, keen to add the Lazio winger to Massimiliano Allegri’s squad, especially if Federico Chiesa decides not to sign a new contract with Juventus. The sporting director was already interested in the 28-year-old during his time behind the scenes at Napoli, and is now finally keen to get his man.
