It’s been in the air, it’s now official. Juventus Turin are armoring Manuel Locatelli. The Italian midfielder is now tied to the Old Lady until 2028. The news was made public by the club in an official press release.
On loan from Sassuolo to Juventus in the summer of 2021, Manuel Locatelli officially became a player of the Old Lady in the summer of 2023. The Piedmont club had to spend 30 million euros to buy him. Two full seasons were enough to convince them to keep the former AC Milan man. His contract is due to expire in 2026, but he has now signed on for a further two years. He is therefore tied to the club until 2028. “Manuel Locatelli signs his future away in black and white. The renewal with Juventus until 2028 is official”, reads the official press release.
