Reports suggest that Besiktas have made their first official offer to AC Milan for winger Junior Messias.
The 32-year-old Brazilian striker was brought to the club’s pre-season tour of the USA by Stefano Pioli, but is not considered part of the project in the Lombard capital, having only one year left on his contract. As reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Besiktas has offered AC Milan 1 million euros for Messias, below the asking price of 3 million euros. The Turkish side is expected to up the ante with a new offer in the next few days. The 32-year-old has not yet agreed personal terms with Besiktas, and further discussions are expected in the next few days.
