Juventus striker Moise Kean has made his return to Italy, and thanks Luciano Spalletti for placing his trust in him after some negative experiences. “I’ve learned from my mistakes, now it’s up to me to prove that I can be counted on.

Spalletti visited Juve’s training ground last month to chat with coach Max Allegri, and among the topics they discussed was Kean’s development. “The coach took a big step towards me, he’s really helped me understand how I should move on the pitch. We play very attacking soccer with Spalletti, which I really like. Against Malta, he asked me to attack the space. I feel that my team-mates have confidence in me and it’s a very good team. When you’re young, you make mistakes. Now it’s up to me to prove on and off the pitch that I can be counted on. When the coach calls, I’ll make sure I’m ready,” Kean told RAI Sport.
