André Onana, Inter’s goalkeeper, gave an interview to the club media after the 3-2 victory over L’Atalanta. The former FC Barcelona goalkeeper revealed that not everything in his life had been rosy, and that he had also experienced some difficult moments, before reaching the pinnacle of his art.
“This match was too important for us; it was like a final, the most important of the year. I’m delighted with the win and the goal, and now we just have to keep going. Why am I so confident? I always try to look on the bright side, because in life there are positives and negatives. I come from another country, and I’ve been through difficult times, but I’ve always tried to give my best, because crying doesn’t help,” Onana told Inter TV.
