Federico Dimarco left training early today, ruling him out of their final group match against Croatia.

Inter’s 26-year-old left-back started the Azzurri’s first two games of the tournament against Albania and Spain, struggling to show his effectiveness under Luciano Spalletti. He gave away a first goal in the first match after a poor throw and showed nothing exceptional in the defeat to La Roja. Dimarco took a blow in Italy’s defeat by Spain, bruising his right calf, and didn’t take part in Saturday’s training session. Today, he left the session early again, ruling him out of the Azzurri’s clash with Croatia.
