Inter is still looking for replacements for the main shirt sponsor DigitalBits and has had a positive meeting with Turkish Airlines.
DigitalBits became the Nerazzurri’s main jersey sponsor last summer, replacing Socios.com, but things went wrong almost immediately and the crypto-currency outlet didn’t honor its payments, forcing the club to start looking for alternatives. As reported by Sport Mediaset, Inter directors met with representatives of Turkish Airlines to discuss a possible sponsorship deal, as the airline is strongly interested in investing in the club. It was a positive meeting and further developments may emerge in the coming weeks. However, Turkish Airlines is not the only one, as an anonymous sponsor from the Middle East is also interested in sponsoring the Nerazzurri.
