PSG host AC Milan this Wednesday in Round 3 of the UEFA Champions League. It is also a reunion between Gianluigi Donnarumma and the Rossoneri fans. The latter have long criticized the Italian keeper since his departure for the French capital.
Gianluigi Donnarumma left AC Milan freely in 2021 to join PSG. Even today, fans are still angry with him for not extending his contract. Speaking at a press conference ahead of the match between his old and new teams, Gigio expressed his disappointment at the Rossoneri fans’behavior. “It’s sad because I’ve always given my all to Milan right up to the last game. It’s normal that the critics are very disappointed. Now, however, I don’t have time to think about it, there will be a way, but right now I’m concentrating on the match, which is difficult and exciting. I mustn’t let myself get carried away by the emotions, of which there will be many,” declared the 24-year-old keeper.
