Napoli player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia gave a recent interview to La Gazzetta Dello Sport. The Georgian spoke highly of his team-mate Victor Osimhen. He spoke of the good connectivity between himself and his attacking partner on the pitch.
“I knew he was a very strong player, but I was struck by Victor Osimhen’s humility. You get on with him straight away, and you can see that feeling on the pitch too. Even if I can’t see him, I already know where he is, I know how to serve him, I feel like I can feel his movements all the time. And it’s the same for him. The nickname “Kvaradona”? I’m proud of it, of course. And it’s also a great responsibility to be compared to a footballer as great as Maradona”, declared Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
