José Mourinho spoke to the press ahead of Roma’s match against Lecce on Serie A matchday 11. The Portuguese coach responded to the many criticisms levelled at him. He was keen to point out that he always gives his all to achieve the best possible results.
José Mourinho is without several key members of his team, including Dybala. He never stops complaining about it, but is always criticized for his results. He tried to explain that these absences weigh heavily in the balance. “I always give my all for Roma and that’s why I didn’t want to respond to the criticism on Sunday. I’m very demanding of myself. The worst thing for me is not to be satisfied with myself. After Inter, I didn’t feel that way, on the contrary. We played a match in which we were in the game right to the end,” declared José Mourinho. These words were reported by Il Messaggero.
