Juventus won this weekend against Hellas Verona, but the Old Lady lost an important player. Timothy Weah is suffering from a muscle injury. He is expected to be out of action for a few weeks.
Timothy Weah, who was substituted during Juventus’s match with Hellas Verona, underwent medical tests following a muscle pain. He is suffering from a semitendinosus lesion and is expected to be absent until the international break in November. “Following the muscular problem reported during the match against Hellas Verona on Saturday evening, Timothy Weah underwent instrumental tests at J|Medical late this morning, which revealed a slight lesion to the semitendinosus of the right thigh. The player has already begun the rehabilitation process with a view to resuming competitive activity”, reads the press release issued by the club.
