Inter star Hakan Calhanoglu has reportedly rejected an offer worth 18 million euros per season from Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal. The Turkish midfielder is one of Simone Inzaghi’s key players, with seven goals and three assists in 17 Serie A games this season.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Al Hilal have tempted the 29-year-old with a four-year contract worth 18 million euros per season, but the Turkish international is not prepared to leave the Stadio Meazza in January. The same proposal will be valid at the end of the season, reports La Gazzetta, but Calha had already refused to join the Saudi Pro League last summer. The former Milan midfielder signed a contract extension with Inter in July 2023, and his current contract at the Stadio Meazza expires in June 2027.
